Mikrotexnia.gr allow the product return. In every case of a product return it is necessary to contuct our shop by telephone 0030 2310 282407 or e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and also provide us with the receipt or the purchase  invoice.

The cases that the product returns are allowed are the following:

(a) Wrong product return

In case that the product which have been delivered is wrong ( namely is not the product of your order) you can return it to us within ten days (10) from the days of the delivery. The products return is after telephone communication with the corresponding department in the number 0030 2310 282407 (9am-2pm Monday until Saturday).

(b)   Withdrawal right

According to the consumer protection legislation (Ν. 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product wihtin ten (14) days from the day of the delivery. The product return is accepted only as long as the product is unharmed (it has not been worn or deteriorated. In any case, the return expenses weigh down the client. To accomplish the product return, necessary requirement is to follow the process that is been described above in appendix (a). In any case we recommend you to return the product with registered mail (courier) with diclared value the real value of the product, so that you can avoid the danger of theft, damage, or loss of your package. 

(c) Defective product return

 In cases of defective products and as long as it has not passed a period  of 14 days they are returned with the process that is described in appendix (a).

(d) Order cancellation

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . After the cancellation of your order you will receive an email that  will confirm your  cancellation. 

(e) Επιστροφή χρημάτων Money return

 In case of a product return we will proceed in the money return within 30 days from the delivery of the product from our company as long as the product (has not been worn or deteriorated)  and is accompanied by the retail receipt .
